It was fun for me to explain to Lauren who you are and how i know you. We have known each other for what aabout 24 years? You are doing good! Well done!
It is a funny thing in some ways that i feel as though I am in the same place in my life as you. Building a kite and praying for wind! That is a great analogy! I have found the Lord to be ever mercifull and gracious to me and my family. We are embarking on a new chapter as well. I cannot wait to see what He does in your lives and ours and I look forward to a reunion of sorts when we can!
Have you ever heard of Pine Cove family camps near Tyler? We went last year and thoroughly enjoyed it. Maybe that is something we can pursuade you to do with us one of these years!
